Memorial Baptist Church observes 3rd anniversary of new quarters
Memorial Baptist Church marked its anniversary with guest missionary Rev. Tom L. Law Jr from Seville Spain. He spoke on Romans 10 9 15 and mission work before a baptism and professions of faith. The church added 13 members this year and hosted a pre Thanksgiving dinner. Memorial collected beans for the Rescue Mission and presented gifts including a polaroid camera for Music Director Charles Phillips. Regular services include WMU meetings R A G A Sunbean activities and Training Union with a new converts class.

A church trip to the Baylor Texas Tech game drew 49 intermediates and 10 adult sponsors by chartered bus and autos departing at 8 a m from First Baptist Church. They will eat sack lunches on campus and return after the 2 p m kickoff, with supper planned in Corsicana.
