Services Friday for Mrs Phillips in Gladewater
Funeral services for Mrs Inez Phillips 75 widow of Loyce Phillips were held Friday at 2 p.m. at First Baptist Church with Rev B F Risinger and Rev Irby Bates officiating. Burial followed at Gladewater Memorial Park under Malcolm Stone Funeral Home direction. Mrs Phillips survived by son Jack L Phillips of Gladewater and daughter Mrs Lavon Philips of Austin plus several relatives. Police investigation into her death continued with officials from Gladewater Gregg County and Texas Rangers processing evidence and pursuing leads.
