Myth and Reality in Tombstone History by Faulk
Oklahoma State University historian Odie B. Faulk examines Tombstone Arizona’s legend and its brief boom from 1877 through the town’s decline by groundwater floods and fires. The book separates fact from myth while noting the enduring Wild West allure and Tombstone’s current museum and mining remnants.
