Warren Petroleum plans a two mile northeast site near Gladewater to replace the 1930s plant with an ultra modern liquified gas facility. Start up targeted for November with preliminary work beginning April. The project uses cryogenic temperatures and a waste heat system to produce liquified ethane propane and butane gasoline while reducing pollution.
