Prosecutions under the Traffic Act led to fines for three defendants in the Police Court yesterday. Barbarallo Vincenzo, Lea Whitby junior, and Walter Hawthorough faced penalties for driving without licenses and speeding, with fines ranging from 5 to 20 pounds plus costs, all without defendants appearing.
