Death of W. R. Cooper Nesmith March 14 1920
W R Cooper Nesmith died at his home near Nesmith Sunday afternoon March 14 1920 after a lingering illness. He served as Sunday school superintendent clerk and treasurer of the church and was a deacon until recently. He endured pain without complaint and told his family he accepted death as God’s will. He leaves a widow two sons two sisters and one brother and was laid to rest at Belin's cemetery Monday March 15 with prayers for his bereaved family.
