Spartanburg Nov 26 James Simmons father of Lews Simmons is jailed on accessory to killing charges after Charley Crocker was shot at Enoree Sunday afternoon. It is said the elder man fired into the air during the dispute Crocker drew a pistol and aimed at the young Simmons who returned fire with a gun the fatal load entered Crocker as he moved.
