Accidental Shooting Kills Man Near Anderson
On November 18 at Mr. Allen Martin's farm near Anderson a hunting accident killed Ernest Snipes an eighties year old colored man. George E. Sampson from Hinton West Virginia shot Snipes when the gun discharged as Snipes stood near the birds. Sampson recently married and visiting with his bride on horrymoon. He and William Sheib were hunting when the incident occurred.
