Columbia, May 30 The State board of railroad assessors chose to value all railroad property at 100 percent of true market value. County and State assessments will total over 62 million dollars, up from 32 million last year. The Georgetown and Western is assessed at 8500 per mile, up from 4000, with total valuation 360 thousand dollars.
