Imboden resident Samuel J. Kellow and Mrs Frankie Crawfort wed after a long run of matrimonial unions. Born 1838 in Williamson County Tennessee, Kellow served in the Confederate army and later moved to Lawrence County Arkansas where he became active in politics. He previously married in 1868, 1873, and several other unions including names such as Mary Patterson Luci Sanders Nancy Ellison Sallie Licomb Nancy Roterson Elizabeth Hows Mary Arche Amerea McCatchens Levina Melton and Frank Crawford.
Halifax May 6 only one of 17 recovered bodies died by drowning. others perished from exposure after the disaster. Clergy say water in limbs found in all but one, while several buried at sea. Names include Charles M. Hi president of Grand Trunk railway and Robert T. Lincoln among recovered.

It claims the salve relieves pits boils scratches knocks sprains and bruises and burns quickly. It recommends it for boys and girls and claims it heals every healable ailment. It says it is unequaled for piles and costs 25 cents at druggists.
