Priest's Slayer Convicted in First Degree Murder
In Denver Colorado on March 12 Giuseppe Alia was found guilty of murder in the first degree for fatally shooting Father Francis Leo Heinrichs at St Elizabeth Church during a Holy Sacrament. The jury fixed his sentence at death though a motion for a new trial was filed. he was ordered returned to jail.
