Blue Joint Drainage District Report for 1907 08
Commissioners Byron Beers Garvin F. Woessk and F. O. Erickson report on the Blue Joint Special Drainage District in Henry County Illinois covering fiscal year November 1 1907 to October 31 1908. The main ditch work was mostly done by hand, with 751 74 dollars spent of a 1000 dollar appropriation as repairs continued slowly due to labor scarcity. They list expenditures on principal and interest, judges fees, and treasurer collector fees, and state no warrants remain unpaid. The report is signed and sworn by J August Horberg collector treasurer and auditors note correctness.
