Postmaster Shuey retires after three weeks ill with grip. John Stabl reports reduced coal for center bus help at his bank. Mrs A Stabl fell ill with grip and now faces lung fever. Mrs Sarah Jump widow of Wilson Jump and daughter of B and Mre J C Webb died at her home in Geneseo November 18 after a long illness. She was a Congregationalist and a devoted Christian loved by many in Geneseo where she resided briefly. Her orphaned child is cared for as she expressed concern for others, and Prof Campbell prayed with her during her final days. A calm rest awaits beyond life’s fever as angels welcome the believer.
