The town now hosts two general stores Fehlman and Sommers Abe Miller, a hardware stock Reuben Ott and farm implements, two blacksmith shops Smith Sippel and Charles Bollenbaugh, a creamery run by William Hoeffer, and a thriving Evangelical church and new Regular Evangelical chapel. New homes rise Ed Fehrman John Minoh Amos Ott oversees building. A brass band led by Amos Ott performs weekly, and the community shows thrift and pride. The representative enjoyed the day and praised the people’s enterprise. Hoop Pole is a bustling village and county trade hub.
