Mrs Amelia K Jensen Dies in Brig ham City
Mrs Amelia K Jensen of Brig ham City wife of P C Jensen and sister of Mrs Mantina Jensen and Alvin Keller of Tremonton died at home Tuesday night from apoplexy and paralysis after a week of illness. She leaves a husband three children and many relatives. Funeral services were held at the First ward meeting house yesterday afternoon with family members in attendance.

Garland Town Case Dismissed Over Ordinance Gap
In Justice Burdett Smith's court last Saturday the Town of Garland v C H Hales was dismissed due to missing ordinance coverage. Hales was re arrested by Marshal Snook for a statu ary offense. The Utah v Hales case faced trial Thursday with no state attorney present. defense sought dismissal, which failed, and a venue change was granted. The case will proceed in Justice Hadley's court at Corinne precinct soon.
