Between 6 p m Friday and 8 p m Sunday in the 1600 block of East Kansas Plaza a known person failed to comply with a court prescribed parenting plan. Investigation continues. At about 8 26 p m in the 500 block of West St John Street an unknown person dressed as a clown pursued a person with a knife.
