Juror Overturns Battery Conviction in Finney County
In Finney County District Court on Tuesday six jurors acquitted Manuel Hernandez 32 of 113 Taylor after overturning a February conviction for battery against a law enforcement officer. Officers had responded to a Jan 10 disturbance at 712 West Fulton. The prior magistrate judge Gordon Goering had convicted Hernandez in February.
