Hundreds celebrate 2016 Relay For Life cancer fundraiser
Garden City and Finney County residents joined the 2016 Relay For Life at Memorial Stadium to honor cancer survivors and remember those lost. About 350 participants walked laps as survivors shared stories and donors contributed to funding research, aiming for a Western Kansas total near $100,000 for the fundraising year.
