Busters sweep Curveballs in doubleheader rout
Garden City Busters overpower Brown Mackie in two games. Curtis Smith hits a bases loaded triple and Wes Brundridge adds a three run double as GC builds a large fourth inning in game two. Brundridge goes 3 for 3 with six RBIs on day. Andy Preston adds 3 for 5 with two runs and three RBIs. Jeremy Bushaw earns win in game two as GC pitchers allow only two earned runs on the day. The Busters host Barton County next Saturday for a 1 p.m. doubleheader.
