Senior center offers a variety of fitness options
The senior center provides multiple exercise classes and activity slots throughout the week. Programs include STEPS on Mon/Wed/Fri at 10 am, gentle exercises Tue/Thu at 10 am, line dancing at 8:30 am and 9:30 am several days, Movers and Shakers starting Tue at 5:30 pm, plus bingo, crafting, bridge, and music events. Volunteer Meals on Wheels and blood pressure checks are offered, with meals served on select days.
