Kansas imposes embargo on some winter wheat fields
Regulators embargoed portions of south central Kansas winter wheat after a spot check found farmers had applied the fungicide Quilt too close to harvest. Testing on residue levels is pending while 7,500 acres across 15 counties and another 5,999 acres in additional counties face embargoes.
