Austrians Report Soviet Prisoners of War
A group of 186 Austrians returning from Soviet imprisonment told 16 Americans in Russian labor camps that they could name only six prisoners. They named Sidney Ray Sparks of Tennille Georgia as being held at Camp Patma in European Russia and asked his mother be informed. Sparks, 23, was arrested in Berlin in 1951 and is described as sick but forced to work.

Transocean Trip Delayed by Triple Birth at Gander
Triplet girls were born last night to Ruth Keith of Windom Minnesota at the Gander international air terminal.
