Drunk driver in parked van nearly blows engine
William Collins 37 was found asleep at the wheel of a running van in Baldwin Place New York. Police said his foot was on the accelerator long enough to overheat and smoke the engine. Troopers broke the window and shut off the motor. One officer cut his hand and needed stitches. Collins posted $500 bail and faces court on July 11.
