CrossFit seeks spot in industrial zone sparking zoning clash
Garden City officials debated rezoning CrossFit at 921 W Mary St from medium industrial to commercial after the business moved into an industrial area. Planning commission had rejected the rezoning. commissioners favored a conditional use in the industrial zone to allow limited CrossFit operations with shared parking at the nearby VFW facility. The board sent the matter back to planning for further review with a 4-1 vote.
