From Farm to Table Session Engages Kansas Teachers
Photos depict 32 teachers from southwest Kansas taking part in a three day Kansas Foundation for Ag in the Classroom institute at Finney County Historical Museum. The event teaches hands on methods to bring farm to consumer concepts into classrooms. In Garden City High School, culinary instructors guide sessions on from scratch Mexican meals and mozzarella cheese making, with teachers handling frying and cheese cloth squeezing demonstrations.
