Fire Growth in Health Care Spending Drops in 2003
New York AP reports health care spending growth slowed for the second straight year in 2003 as workers bore more costs and managed care changes eased. Yet costs still outpace inflation, with private spending up 7.4 percent and drug plans shifting to three tier pricing, driving pharmaceutical spending up 9.1 percent amid rising hospital prices.

The program covered naval customs first aid firefighting water safety shipboard and aircraft safety with physical fitness emphasis ending in Battle Stations to prove basic warrior traits. Stinemetz is a 1999 graduate of Sterling High School Colorado. his family includes Colorado Springs and Garden City connections.
