Pueblo native Casey Colletti returned to Garden City for the Beef Empire Days rodeo and rode Matrix for 82 points tying for third after opening night. The 2006 GCCC grad is enjoying a breakout 2012 season after qualifying for his first National Finals Rodeo last December. He credits support from home fans and improved confidence as he travels to events across the circuit. He plans more rodeos this weekend before heading to Sisters, Oregon then Denver.
