Garden City approves first phase of $67.2 million retail project
Garden City commissioners unanimously approve the first phase of a 67.2 million retail development led by Collett & Associates. Grading for a Menards store begins soon on over 60 acres near Schulman Avenue and Sam's Club, with construction to include street and utility work. Community rallies to aid victim of hit-and-run in Garden City
