Finney County backs Ark River study with caveat on funds
Finney County Commission approved a letter supporting an Arkansas River Restoration project study to define steps and costs for three river miles. Garden City sponsors the plan. officials hope the county pays about half after the study. The vote was 4-1 with Jerry Davis dissenting.
