Garden City set to discuss animal shelter shift and transload plan
Garden City Commission meets Tuesday at 1 p.m. to consider turning shelter operations over to Finney County Humane Society while retaining property ownership. City would pay $215,980 annually for three years with 40 percent underwritten by Finney County.
