Task force arrests Garden City man on drug allegations
A 36 year old Garden City man, Rene Nevarez, was arrested on possession of 100 grams to one kilogram of cocaine with intent to distribute, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of proceeds of drug sales after the Garden City Finney County Drug Task Force searched his residence at 2306 A Street. The arrest capped about a 12 to month investigation into drug activity at the address, with numerous items found during the search indicating illegal drug activity.
