A known person battered a driver and broke a vehicle window in the 4100 block of East U.S. Highway 50 causing $100 loss as an investigation continues. Earlier a man allegedly touched an 11-year-old boy’s genitals in central Garden City. later ruled unfounded. Also at Garden City High School two known persons fought at 11:52 a.m. on Tuesday at 1412 N. Main St.

A two car crash on U S Highway 50 west of Lakin in Kearny County left four people injured amid icy road conditions. The Jeep and SUV were traveling in opposite directions when the collision occurred.
