Between 2 and 9 a.m. at The Trails 3501 Campus Drive a tire was slashed for an $80 loss. Graffiti on a building in the 800 block of North Main Street resulted in $550 damage. A door jamb was broken in the 1500 block of East Chestnut Street with $200 loss. A vehicle was taken from the 800 block of Main Street between 1 and 2:05 a.m. for an $8,000 loss. A laptop stolen from a residence during a party on Primrose Street caused $2,420 loss. Unlocked vehicle in the 2200 block of Campus Drive yielded $500 in electronics. Post Office on East US Highway 50 suffered forced entry and $50 in loss with $200 damage. Stop sign stolen in Fleming Street and Labrador Boulevard area. $100 loss. Lawn furniture stolen on Fleming Street. PlayStation 3 and a DVD taken from Summit Street residence for $410. Break-in at Mildred Street residence. multiple items stolen totaling $1,356. Vehicle borrowed at Villa North Apartments 605 Labrador Blvd not returned. $2,000 loss. Several arrests for probation violations, driving without a license, theft, burglary, DUI, battery. Various incidents: medical assist, building fire, power line down, alarm activation, unauthorized burning, hazardous condition, detector activation, false alarm.
