Mrs Martha Frances Baker of 914 Second street Hutchinson Kansas died yesterday at St Catherine hospital aged 97 after long illness. Born August 27 1876 in Vermillion county Indiana she moved to Kansas at age seven with the family later residing in Garden City after marrying M M Baker on October 12 1938 in Hutchinson. Surviving are her husband and a sister-in-law Mrs O O Baker of Garden City. Funeral services will be at 2 pm Monday from the Christian church with Rev James Otis Pearce officiating Burial will be in Valley View cemetery.

Witness With Immunity Fired Over Refusal to Testify
