Bilingual ballots expand access in Finney County election

Finney County joins five other Kansas counties in printing Spanish and English ballots for the November general election. The bilingual ballots aim to help Spanish-preferring citizens participate, with officials noting that first time voters may be more likely to vote if language barriers are reduced.
