Seven missing since Sept. 11 found alive in city wide update
Albert Vaughan and George Sims were found alive nine months after the World Trade Center attack. Vaughan, 45, who was homeless and warned as missing, called from Rockland Psychiatric Center in Orangeburg. Sims is recovering in an undisclosed New York hospital amid possible amnesia. City officials say the missing list will be revised, removing both men from the official tally.
