Board uncertain on Wolf exoneration letter claim
Kansas State Board of Healing Arts cannot confirm sending Milton Wolf a letter exonerating him from an ethics probe about social media posts. An open records request showed no documents responsive to a letter to Wolf or his attorney, though Wolf’s lawyer says a late July letter stated the matter was closed. The board notes confidentiality limits on investigations, while Wolf asserts exoneration and presses for release.
