Omar Thornton calmly attended a meeting at Hartford Distributors before pulling a gun and killing eight coworkers and wounding two. Relatives say racial harassment pushed him to break under a predominantly white workforce. Thornton died by suicide after the rampage as officials stressed no prior discrimination complaints.
