Catholic Orders Unite to Form National Military Federation
Catholic Knights of America and Knights of St. John in Chicago move to amalgamate into the Catholic Military Federation of America. A secret Kaiserhof hotel meeting organized the federation with officers elected and a November Chicago meeting set to finalize bylaws. The group aims for 80,000 members now, rising to about 50,000 next year, with headquarters expected in Chicago. Andersons gang member William Anderson arrested in Bellevue
