Becheley reports crews at work toward Waterloo and a two week plan to extend to that point, then full division operation with safeguards against head end and rear end collisions. The upgrade requires new offices at passing tracks and a thirty three more telegraph operators, plus night and day offices at every station and passing track. The system is modern and enhances railway safety, while Hollister's Rocky Mountain Tea offers a health boost at Siniger's Drug Store.
