Special detectives of the company pursue the case after an assault on a C B and N brakeman at Hanover. No arrests have been made yet, but investigators expect action soon. City Council Passes Ordinance on Street Commissioner Selection
The city council met in regular session last evening with all but Alderman Thode. Reports from city treasurer market and weightmaster and street commissioner were referred to committees. The finance committee approved vouchers totaling 1016.04 and the March 1905 treasurer’s report. An ordinance on engineer fireman duties was passed. it excludes street roller operation. A sidewalk damage claim of 800 was tabled to next meeting. The council adjourned to April 19 for the election vote.

Funeral of Patrick Levins at St Michael's Church
Funeral services for Patrick Levins were held at St Michael's Catholic Church Wednesday morning at 9 o clock with Rev McGrath officiating. A lengthy funeral procession followed the service. Pallbearers included Herman Kuehemann John D Crowley John Vincent John Collins James Downley and Frank Ferring of Dublin. Interment was in the Catholic Cemetery on the East Side.
