Lt Champ of the Canadian Army spoke of trench life and supply needs on the Western front, urging citizens to ensure government purchases of ammunition food and equipment. Charles H Graves followed, urging strong participation in buying the fourth issue of Liberty Bonds as a duty of real American citizens.
