Anna May Schlatter Weber died Monday July 7 1919 at her Wauseon home aged 75 years 5 months 5 days Born February 2 1844 in Schaffhausen Switzerland she came to the United States in adolescence and lived in Wauseon since 1865 except 1884 to 1887 in Toledo Survived by six children two daughters and four sons including William Emil and Jess of Wauseon One son Edward preceded her in death Two sisters Misses Barbara and Elizabeth Schlatter Archbold Two brothers Andrew Schlatter Junctian City Kansas and Jacob Siter Kazan Funeral at her North Fulton Street home on Thursday afternoon at 2 by Rev Henry Lauder interment Wauseon cemetery.

Annual Clerk of Courts report details divorces criminal prosecutions and civil judgments for the year ending 1919. It notes on July 1, 1918 there were two divorce cases in common pleas, 30 new cases filed, 33 by wives, leaving 10 pending. Five divorce cases pursued, four dismissed. Custody split two to father, four to mother. Fines and costs from crimes totaled 186.00 and 998.17 respectively. 83.47 in other offences. Sixty six civil judgments rendered, 13 money only. Jury pool totaled 3566.45. There were indictments for crimes against the public. several cases sentenced or pending. Included obituary for Richard Leroy Whitcomb born 1919 died 1919.
