Jury returns verdict of guilty in Lehman murder case

The jury found Fred Lehman guilty of murder in the first degree for the death of his wife Grace after two nights and a day of deliberation. The court allowed a motion for a new trial. the panel’s verdict and mercy recommendation were filed Friday morning.

Kaiser Becomes U.S. Citizen in Local Court Action

Federal Naturalization Commission visited Wauseon and examined William Kaiser. Final action in Common Pleas Court last Tuesday granted Kaiser United States citizenship.

County Probate Court May Hear Business And Licenses
