Fulton County Joint Session Educators Hear Progress Plans

The Fulton County Joint Session of Boards of Education and Teachers at Wauseon drew 50 to 60 board members and 125 tellers from nearly all townships. Dr H G Williams praised community cooperation, highlighted school lunch efforts in German Township, and praised hands-on domestic and manual training work. Afternoon talks focused on Rural School consolidation, curriculum for rural pupils, and medical inspection with inputs from Superintendent Clark of Fayette. The event featured Wauseon High School Girls Glee Club, a reorganization plan by Supt Mattern, and a new First Grade status for Fulton Centralized High School with C K Chase as the new teacher.
