The Fulton County Soldiers and Sailors Memorial Association held its annual meeting at the Ger House in Wauseon on February 12. Officers were reelected, and secretary Katheryn Weir Cummings reported cash on hand of 2717.60 and total available 4116.14. A motion authorized J M Lonenecker to press Monumental Bronze Co of Bridgeport Connecticut to fulfill the contract promptly. The group aims to secure the monument erection within the year.

Laura Grace Gorsuch Flory, born March 1894, died February 11 after a 13 day illness. Wife of Arthur H. Flory, mother of a daughter, she was a longtime member of the Wauseon Christian Church.
