Council Meeting Notes Amid Cistern Cleanup and Rail Crossings

The council discussed cleaning the cistern at Leggett and Brunell streets, requested the Toledo and Indiana Ry. Annual Wauseon Chautauqua Opens This Saturday Afternoon

The Wauseon Redpath Chautauqua opens Saturday afternoon at North Side Park with an 1819 program hailed as the week’s most popular. Principal Sims Resigns for Piqua High School Move

Mr. C. M. Sims tendered his resignation as principal of the Wauseon High School during a special meeting. He is accepted and will join Piqua, Ohio High School as principal for a yearly salary of $1950. The community salutes his service and wishes the Sims family prosperity in their new chapter.

County agent R A Cave reports Hessian Fly levels in Fulton County wheat and urges delaying sowing until after September 17 to avoid spring brood damage.
