Mrs. W A Metiill of Napoleon widow of Deputy Sheriff Magill of Henry County killed in the line of duty has been awarded 219 50 a week for six years and 3150 funeral expenses under the workmen's compensation act. Magill was killed with Sheriff Reichert and a prisoner when their auto was struck by a fast passenger train in Liberty Center. April 13. Elmer W Plettner of Archbold and Eva W Stites of Fayette wed in Wauseon August 1 at Rev J A Wharton's home.

The Traverse City group offered a free factory site water power modern heating and building changes a starting wire and deposits to cover debts with 1 percent interest. Stockholders voted to accept the offer and the move will proceed once the Traverse City sides fulfill their part.
