Tipton to Speak at Chippewa Club in Fremont

On Wednesday evening October 6th Thomas W. Tipton of Guernsey county will address the Chippewa Club at the Court House. Tipton is said to be superior to Mr. Gibson, which may entice attendance. He spoke in Rome Seneca county recently where twenty Democrats declared their intention to vote for Scott. All are invited including ladies. avoid an outpouring of Scott sentiment.
