The piece notes a planned lecture by Hostien Evanide on Our Town next Friday or the following week, and recalls Bayard Taylor’s Norwalk talk on Humboldt before the Whittlesey Association. It mentions Prof Guenett’s planned medical lectures, an artesian wall appropriation bill, a coroner’s inquest, and coverage of the Ohio State Estuarine Convention with statewide editor attendance.
